Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 21 years or older to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
  • Willingness to comply with dress code and hygiene standards
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to follow safety and operational guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • Prior bartending or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to operate point of sale systems accurately
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to work in fast-paced, busy environments
  • Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and safety standards
  • Reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Duties

  • Mix and prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages independently or in a team
  • Engage with customers professionally while operating point of sale machines or cash registers
  • Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment at the start or end of shifts
  • Stand, move, and work on feet throughout entire shifts
  • Perform physically demanding tasks such as reaching, crouching, and bending as required
  • Adhere to dress codes including wearing close-toed shoes and pants
  • Follow GMP guidelines for food handling including hair tied back and trimmed fingernails
