Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 21 years or older to serve alcoholic beverages
Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
Willingness to comply with dress code and hygiene standards
Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to follow safety and operational guidelines

Job Qualifications

Prior bartending or customer service experience preferred
Ability to operate point of sale systems accurately
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Capability to work in fast-paced, busy environments
Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and safety standards
Reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Duties

Mix and prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages independently or in a team
Engage with customers professionally while operating point of sale machines or cash registers
Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment at the start or end of shifts
Stand, move, and work on feet throughout entire shifts
Perform physically demanding tasks such as reaching, crouching, and bending as required
Adhere to dress codes including wearing close-toed shoes and pants
Follow GMP guidelines for food handling including hair tied back and trimmed fingernails
