Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- experience in bartending or restaurant industry preferred
- ability to work part-time hours
- good communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must follow health and safety protocols
- willingness to learn and adapt
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in the bar or restaurant industry is preferred
- must be 21 years or older
- Cicerone Level 1 Certified Beer Server Certification is preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- enthusiasm for craft beer and customer service
- ability to work quickly and efficiently
- high level of professionalism and personal integrity
Job Duties
- Ability to pour and serve beer using proper techniques
- selling beer and merchandise including demonstrating expertise and answering beer or brewery related questions
- maintaining a clean and tidy taproom and bar area including bussing tables and cleaning spills
- adherence to all legal, health, and safety guidelines
- ability to operate payment systems
- cleaning, rotating, and restocking glassware
- restocking bar and merchandise throughout the day
- flipping and changing out empty kegs
- attending and participating in team meetings and trainings
- performing additional duties as directed by the lead bartender or manager
