We are currently seeking part-time Bartenders to join our West Midtown taproom team. This role is pivotal in shaping the customer experience from the moment guests enter until they pay their bill. Bartenders at Round Trip are on the front lines of hospitality, blending knowledge, enthusiasm, and efficiency to serve diverse beer styles while maintaining a safe, clean, and inviting environment. The ideal candidates are personable, quick learners, and adept at working efficiently and safely under pressure. Bartenders must be able to pour and serve beer correctly, explain the nuances of various beer styles, and uphold the cleanliness and orderliness of the taproom, including bar backing and general housekeeping duties.
