Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math proficiency
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours
- Ability to lift and carry trays weighing 20 to 25 lbs safely
- Experience operating point-of-sale systems
- Commitment to excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures
- Ability to communicate in the predominant language(s) of guests
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Prior experience in a server or customer service role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift trays up to 25 lbs
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and responsive service to guests
- Embody the brunch culture by delivering exceptional dining experiences
- Communicate effectively with guests in their predominant language(s)
- Understand and apply dining room and service procedures
- Handle money responsibly and operate point-of-sale systems
- Maintain standing position for extended periods and safely maneuver trays of food
- Create a welcoming atmosphere with lagniappe to foster guest loyalty
