Job Requirements
- Must have at least three years of bartending experience in fine dining
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Required availability Tuesday through Saturday
- Capability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights up to 25 pounds
- Must be punctual and maintain a groomed appearance
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Three or more years of bartending experience in a fine dining establishment
- Experience working in or with Michelin Star restaurants preferred
- At least three years of experience in food and beverage service
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Demonstrated passion for cocktail creativity and mixology
- Ability to stand for long periods
Job Duties
- Prepare beverages according to menu and Valle standards
- Fulfill guest orders promptly and accurately
- Maintain a clean and welcoming bar area
- Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff for smooth service
