Job Requirements

  • Must have at least three years of bartending experience in fine dining
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Required availability Tuesday through Saturday
  • Capability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights up to 25 pounds
  • Must be punctual and maintain a groomed appearance
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Three or more years of bartending experience in a fine dining establishment
  • Experience working in or with Michelin Star restaurants preferred
  • At least three years of experience in food and beverage service
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Demonstrated passion for cocktail creativity and mixology
  • Ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties

  • Prepare beverages according to menu and Valle standards
  • Fulfill guest orders promptly and accurately
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming bar area
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff for smooth service
