Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to stand and move for up to four hours continuously
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- Must wear protective hand coverings and face coverings as required
- Ability to handle disinfectant cleaning supplies
- Clear verbal communication skills
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- At least 21 years old as required by state law
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience in bartending or similar customer service role preferred
- Familiarity with standard drink recipes and bar equipment
- Commitment to high standards of safety and cleanliness
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure during busy hours
Job Duties
- Mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
- Provide friendly and efficient service to staff and customers
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized bar area
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies
- Create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for patrons
