Job Description

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old per state law
- ability to effectively communicate with others
- ability to stand or walk for up to four hours
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently
- ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shift
- ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies
- commitment to health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- strong communication skills
- previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
- ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
- able to follow safety and sanitation procedures
Job Duties
- Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes
- create a friendly and enjoyable bar experience for guests
- communicate effectively with staff and customers
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area
- comply with safety and hygiene protocols
- manage inventory and restock bar supplies
- handle cash and process payments
