Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Able to communicate effectively with others
- Capable of standing and moving for up to four hours
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Must wear protective hand coverings and face masks during shifts
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Must comply with health and safety protocols during COVID-19 pandemic
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21 years as per state law
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Experience in bartending or related customer service role preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
Job Duties
- Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes
- Create a friendly and welcoming bar environment for customers and staff
- Communicate effectively with servers and other team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to health and safety regulations including wearing protective gear
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall dining experience
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
