Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Commitment to making a positive impact
- Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings throughout the shift
- Ability to work with disinfectant supplies and wear face coverings
- Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Customer-focused attitude
Job Duties
- Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
- Provide friendly and attentive service to customers and staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist servers with drink orders and bar support
- Deliver a positive bar experience for guests
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
