The role of an Applebee's Bartender is dynamic and fun, ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, social environment. As a Bartender, you will prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to ensure a top-notch bar experience and complement the service provided by servers. This role is physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods, reach, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly. Candidates need to be at least 21 years old in compliance with state law and demonstrate commitment to customer service and workplace teamwork.
