  • Previous bartending experience preferred
  • knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
  • ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • responsible alcohol service awareness

  • sharp attention to detail from cocktail presentation to guest satisfaction
  • positive, can-do attitude and team-player mindset
  • previous bartending experience preferred - hotel, restaurant, or rooftop bar backgrounds a plus
  • knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and responsible alcohol service practices
  • ability to stand and move at a fast pace for extended periods
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Deliver high-quality bar service to all guests - building personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive drink recommendations, and a welcoming atmosphere
  • maintain a clean, organized bar station
  • complete daily bar cleaning and side work to health and safety standards
  • demonstrate expert knowledge of the full cocktail menu, beer and wine selections, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes
  • ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation that meets guest expectations
  • accurately process all payment methods - cash, card, and digital - and complete end-of-shift reconciliation
  • promote teamwork and contribute to a safe, positive work environment
  • card all guests and monitor responsible alcohol service to prevent overservice and ensure liquor law compliance
  • perform other duties as assigned
