We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bartenders. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $2.13 per hour plus tips, plus full benefits including free parking and a free meal during every shift. As a Bartender at SSP America, you will be an integral part of providing excellent food and beverage service to airport visitors, consistently ensuring that every guest has a positive and memorable experience. You will be expected to handle customer inquiries, provide helpful suggestions, accurately process orders using the point-of-sale system, and prepare and serve a variety of dishes and drinks. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest service are essential, as you will anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly and courteously.

This role also involves balancing and reconciling all assigned sales checks, maintaining cleanliness and organization of tables and counters, and assisting in the general upkeep of the dining area. Maintaining a high standard of service and compliance with all health and safety regulations is paramount. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
reliable and punctual
legal right to work in the United States
willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous bartending or beverage service experience preferred
good customer service and communication skills
ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
positive attitude and team player mindset

Job Duties

Answer questions and offer suggestions regarding food, beverages, and services of the facility
accurately input orders into the POS system
prepare dishes for service, to include ladling soup, tossing salads, cutting portions of pie and desserts, and brewing coffee
observe guests to anticipate their needs and respond to any additional requests
clear all dishes away from table
balance and reconcile all assigned open and closed checks by totaling bills and accepting payments
clear and reset all counters or tables at the conclusion of each course
