Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Walk and stand for long periods of time (6-8 hours)
- Reach, bend, stoop, wipe, and lift up to 60 lbs
- Rate cash register and/or POS system and make correct change
- Must be 19 years old to serve alcohol or as state regulations dictate
- Must have friendly and outgoing personality and demeanor
- Must be a problem solver and able to keep calm under pressure
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment

Job Duties
- Mix ingredients to prepare drinks according to procedure and restaurant specifications
- Serve draft and bottled beer, wine, and liquor following standard recipes
- Greet guests within one minute of being seated
- Work in a team environment and communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Provide great salesmanship through suggestive selling
- Serve food and beverages to guests courteously and timely
- Provide responsible alcohol service adhering to company policies and state regulations
- Ring in orders accurately and promptly
- Seat guests and answer phone when host staff is unavailable
- Pre-bus tables and abide by full hands in and full hands out mentality
- Run food, refill beverages, and complete side work during the shift
- Perform correct and timely cash outs for guests
- Bus and reset tables according to timing specifications
- Maintain general cleanliness including floors, restrooms, doors, and windows
- Observe guests and communicate any concerns or complaints to management
- Give sincere final greetings and invite guests to return
