Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Zero to one year related experience
- Ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly is preferred
- Must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol or bartend based on local city and state regulations
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift or move 50 pounds
- Must be able to perform repetitive movements
- Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly
- Friendly and attentive customer service skills
- Good physical stamina to stand or walk for long periods
- Familiarity with inventory management and bar setup preferred
- Knowledge of local regulations regarding alcohol service
Job Duties
- Greet guests and mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with appropriate garnishes
- Ensure the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests
- Prepare accurate beginning counts and issue inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies
- Maintain friendly, tactful, and attentive interactions with customers
- Walk or stand for extended periods of time throughout the entire shift
- Perform repetitive movements as required
- Collaborate with wait staff and other employees to ensure prompt customer service
