Job Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
0 to 1 year related experience
ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly is preferred
must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol or bartend based on local city and state regulations
ability to walk or stand for extended periods
ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift or move 50 pounds
ability to perform repetitive movements
punctuality and reliable attendance

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Greet guests, mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with appropriate garnishes
ensure the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests
prepare accurate beginning counts and issue inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies
maintain friendly, tactful, and attentive interaction with customers
perform significant walking or other means of mobility during shifts
stand or walk for extended periods throughout the entire shift
reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds with occasional lifting/moving of 50 pounds
perform repetitive movements as required
attend work and report on time with satisfactory regularity
execute other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
