The role of Bartender Tipped at Sodexo Live is essential in providing exceptional beverage service at Hard Rock Stadium. This full-time position offers varying shifts requiring open availability, and compensation ranges from $2.13 to $10.98 per hour, with additional tips supplementing earnings. Bartenders serve as ambassadors of hospitality by greeting guests warmly, expertly mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and collaborating closely with wait staff and other team members to ensure timely and efficient service.
The Bartender will be responsible for maintaining a fully stocked and organized bar area, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with all beverage service regulations. Physical demands of the role include standing or walking for extended periods, lifting up to 35 pounds regularly, and occasionally handling heavier loads, alongside performing repetitive movements. Given the fast-paced, dynamic setting of live events at the stadium, flexibility, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude are paramount.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 0 to 1 year related experience
- ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly is preferred
- must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol or bartend based on local city and state regulations
- ability to walk or stand for extended periods
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift or move 50 pounds
- ability to perform repetitive movements
- punctuality and reliable attendance

Job Duties
- Greet guests, mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with appropriate garnishes
- ensure the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests
- prepare accurate beginning counts and issue inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies
- maintain friendly, tactful, and attentive interaction with customers
- perform significant walking or other means of mobility during shifts
- stand or walk for extended periods throughout the entire shift
- reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds with occasional lifting/moving of 50 pounds
- perform repetitive movements as required
- attend work and report on time with satisfactory regularity
- execute other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
