The position of Bartender Tipped at Sodexo Live within the Alliant Energy Center offers a part-time employment opportunity with an hourly pay range between $15.00 and $18.00. This role involves working varying shifts, including days, some weekend hours, and holidays, providing a dynamic and engaging work schedule. As a Bartender Tipped with Sodexo Live, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service by mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages promptly and efficiently, either directly to customers or through wait staff. You will be responsible for maintaining the bar area, ensuring it is fully stocked with all necessary supplies and tools to operate smoothly.

This role requires a combination of skills, including the ability to prepare drink recipes with appropriate garnishes, manage inventory effectively by conducting accurate beginning counts, and issuing purchase requisitions to replenish supplies as needed. The job demands physical stamina as it involves significant walking, standing for extended periods that may exceed eight hours, and the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally. Bartenders should be friendly, tactful, and attentive, possessing excellent communication skills to work harmoniously alongside wait staff and other team members to ensure all customers receive prompt and courteous service.
