The position of Bartender Tipped is a full-time role located at the ARCH site in Chicago. The pay range for this role is between $21 and $23 per hour, reflecting the company's recognition of the importance of skilled and customer-focused bartenders in delivering an exceptional service experience. As a bartender at Sodexo, your role will be pivotal in creating memorable experiences for guests by delivering friendly, fast, and quality service. The Bartender is responsible for greeting patrons, mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and responsibly. The role requires close collaboration with wait staff and other team members to ensure seamless service flow and customer satisfaction.

Beyond the core duties of drink preparation and service, you will manage the bar area by keeping it well stocked, preparing accurate inventory counts, and replenishing supplies as needed. Physical stamina is important for this role, as it involves significant walking, standing for extended hours, and manual tasks such as lifting and repetitive movements. Adherence to local regulations regarding the legal age for serving alcohol is mandatory. The work schedule includes weekday shifts across mornings, afternoons, and evenings, providing a dynamic and engaging work environment.
