This part-time Bartender Tipped position is based at the Music City Center, reflecting Sodexo Live's commitment to excellence in event hospitality and catering services. As a Bartender Tipped team member, you will provide exceptional customer service by mixing and serving drinks—both alcoholic and non-alcoholic—to patrons either directly or through wait staff. You will be integral in creating an enjoyable experience for guests by ensuring prompt and efficient service, maintaining a well-stocked and sanitized bar, and demonstrating strong collaboration with wait staff and other team members. Your ability to prepare accurate inventory counts and requisitions, manage supplies effectively, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization will be essential to your success.

The role requires flexibility in working varying shifts with a preference for open availability to accommodate the dynamic needs of the venue. Bartenders must be able to handle physical demands including standing or walking for extended periods, performing repetitive movements, and lifting materials up to 50 pounds occasionally. The position demands a friendly, tactful, and attentive demeanor, prioritizing guest satisfaction and teamwork under a fast-paced environment.
