Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • 0 to 1 year related experience
  • Ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly preferred
  • Must be at or over minimum age to serve alcohol based on local city and state regulations
  • Ability to walk or stand for extended periods, potentially over 8 hours
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to perform repetitive movements
  • Punctual attendance and reliable work ethic

Job Duties

  • Greet guests, mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with appropriate garnishes
  • Ensure assigned bar area is fully equipped with necessary tools and products
  • Prepare accurate beginning counts and issue inventory or purchase requisitions to replenish supplies
  • Work cooperatively with wait staff and other team members to ensure prompt customer service
  • Maintain a friendly, tactful, and attentive manner when interacting with customers
  • Perform physical tasks including walking, standing for extended periods, lifting up to 35 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • Attend scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform repetitive movements as required
  • Carry out other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
