The part-time Bartender Tipped position at Sodexo involves delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bartenders will be responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks efficiently, maintaining a clean and stocked bar, and collaborating closely with wait staff to ensure patrons receive prompt service. This role offers flexible shifts with open availability preferred, paying between $12 and $16 per hour, making it ideal for individuals seeking part-time employment with opportunities for growth and development. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • 0 to 1 year related experience
  • ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly
  • must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol or bartend based on local city and state regulations
  • ability to walk or stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • able to perform repetitive movements
  • flexible availability for varying shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Job Duties

  • Greet guests, mix and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks, and create drink recipes with appropriate garnishes
  • ensure the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests
  • prepare accurate beginning counts and issue inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies
  • be friendly, tactful and attentive when working with customers
  • perform significant walking or other means of mobility
  • stand or walk for extended periods of time, which may exceed 8 hours
  • reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 50 pounds
  • perform repetitive movements
  • attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • perform other duties assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
