Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 0 to 1 year related experience
- Ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly
- Must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol or bartend based on local city and state regulations
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and occasionally lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to perform repetitive movements
- Attend scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 0 to 1 year related experience
- Ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly preferred
- Knowledge of local city and state regulations regarding minimum age to serve alcohol
Job Duties
- Greet guests and mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with appropriate garnishes
- Ensure the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests
- Prepare accurate beginning counts and issue inventory or purchase requisitions to replenish supplies
- Work collaboratively with wait staff to provide prompt service to customers
- Maintain a friendly, tactful, and attentive demeanor when interacting with customers
- Perform significant walking or mobility during shifts
- Stand or walk for extended periods throughout the entire duration of shifts
- Reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 50 pounds
- Attend work on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
