Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • zero to one year related experience
  • knowledge and ability to make a wide range of drink recipes preferred
  • must be at or over the minimum legal age to serve or bartend alcohol according to local regulations
  • ability to walk or stand for extended periods, which may exceed eight hours
  • ability to reach, bend, stoop, push, or pull
  • ability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and occasionally move up to 50 pounds
  • ability to perform repetitive motions
  • punctuality and reliability in attendance at scheduled shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • ability to create a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly preferred
  • excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • knowledge of local and state regulations regarding alcohol service
  • physical stamina to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • capability to lift and move weights up to 50 pounds occasionally

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks accurately and efficiently
  • maintain the assigned bar area fully stocked with necessary tools and products
  • prepare beginning counts and issue inventory or purchase requisitions to replenish supplies
