Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- zero to one year related experience
- knowledge and ability to make a wide range of drink recipes preferred
- must be at or over the minimum legal age to serve or bartend alcohol according to local regulations
- ability to walk or stand for extended periods, which may exceed eight hours
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, push, or pull
- ability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and occasionally move up to 50 pounds
- ability to perform repetitive motions
- punctuality and reliability in attendance at scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- ability to create a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly preferred
- excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- knowledge of local and state regulations regarding alcohol service
- physical stamina to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- capability to lift and move weights up to 50 pounds occasionally
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks accurately and efficiently
- maintain the assigned bar area fully stocked with necessary tools and products
- prepare beginning counts and issue inventory or purchase requisitions to replenish supplies
- collaborate effectively with wait staff and other team members to ensure prompt service
- perform significant walking and stand for extended periods during shifts
- adhere to safety protocols while lifting and handling materials up to specified weight limits
- perform repetitive movements as required
- attend scheduled shifts punctually and with regularity
- execute other duties as assigned according to business needs and client requirements
