- high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 0 to 1 year related experience
- ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly is preferred
- must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol or bartend based on local city and state regulations

Job Duties
- Greet guests, mix and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks, and create drink recipes with appropriate garnishes
- ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests
- prepare accurate beginning counts and issue inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies
- work collaboratively with wait staff and other employees to ensure prompt customer service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- walk or stand for extended periods during shifts, which may exceed 8 hours
- perform repetitive movements and lift/move items up to 50 pounds as necessary
- attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time
- perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
