Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 0 to 1 year related experience
- Ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and be able to mix drinks correctly, preferred
- Must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol or bartend based on local city and state regulations
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods during shifts
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and occasionally lift or move 50 pounds
- Must be able to perform repetitive movements
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull
- Punctual attendance and satisfactory regularity for scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 0 to 1 year related experience preferred
- Ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly preferred
- Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol based on local regulations
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and bar operations
Job Duties
- Greet guests, mix and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks, create drink recipes with appropriate garnishes
- Ensure the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests
- Prepare accurate beginning counts and issue inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies
- Work cooperatively with wait staff and other team members to provide prompt and attentive customer service
- Perform physical tasks including walking or standing for extended periods, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
