- ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly preferred
- must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol or bartend based on local city and state regulations

- must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol or bartend according to local regulations
Job Duties
- Greet guests, mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, create drink recipes with appropriate garnishes
- ensure the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests
- prepare accurate beginning counts and issue inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies
- work collaboratively with wait staff and other team members to provide prompt customer service
- maintain a friendly, tactful, and attentive demeanor when working with customers
- walk or stand for extended periods throughout shifts, sometimes exceeding 8 hours
- reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 50 pounds
- perform repetitive movements
- attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform additional duties as assigned depending on business needs and client requirements
