The Bartender Tipped position at THE FORD, managed by Sodexo Live, is a part-time role offering $17.87 per hour. This role involves delivering excellent customer service by crafting and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, either directly or through wait staff. Bartenders at Sodexo Live are expected to be friendly, attentive, and efficient, working seamlessly with wait staff to ensure prompt and courteous service. The job requires the ability to handle the bar area competently – maintaining equipment and inventory, preparing beginning counts, and replenishing supplies as needed. Physical stamina is also essential, as bartenders may be on their feet for over eight hours per shift, including walking, standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive movements.
