The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bar inventory, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and operating bar equipment efficiently. This is a full-time position requiring the ability to secure and maintain a state or tribal gaming license, a mandatory criterion reflecting the unique regulatory environment of casino-based hospitality roles. The Bartender must be at least 21 years old and bring a minimum of five years of bartending or related experience. Job Duties

  • Prepare cocktails for cocktail servers and guests using prescribed recipes
  • Maintain bar equipment in an orderly manner
  • Advise Beverage Manager of equipment needs or repairs
  • Interact with guests to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Monitor proper par levels of all bar supplies
  • Communicate any problems or situations detrimental to property to supervisor
  • Manage security and accuracy of assigned bank, accountable for all overages and shortages
