Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Knowledge of mixing a wide variety of drinks
- Five years bartending or similar experience or progressive promotion and training
- Strong guest service skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Able to tolerate noise, smoke, and temperature variations
- Ability to secure and maintain state or tribal gaming license

Job Duties
- Prepare cocktails for cocktail servers and guests using prescribed recipes
- Maintain bar equipment in an orderly manner
- Advise Beverage Manager of equipment needs or repairs
- Interact with guests to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Monitor proper par levels of all bar supplies
- Communicate any problems or situations detrimental to property to supervisor
- Manage security and accuracy of assigned bank, accountable for all overages and shortages
