Job Description

Sunriver Resort, nestled in the heart of Central Oregon, is a premier four-season destination renowned for its stunning natural beauty, world-class amenities, and exceptional guest experiences. As a AAA Four Diamond resort, Sunriver offers a range of accommodations, dining options, recreational activities, and events tailored to both leisure and business travelers. The resort is committed to creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects trust, commitment, and open and honest communication as its guiding principles, all aimed at delivering unmatched hospitality and service excellence. Whether guests seek relaxation, adventure, or a blend of both, Sunriver Resort provides an idyllic environment to enjoy the best of Oregon's outdoors and upscale amenities.

The Bartender position at Sunriver Resort is an exciting opportunity for those passionate about mixology, customer service, and creating memorable guest experiences in a vibrant and dynamic setting. Based at the iconic Owl's Nest, this role is central to crafting exquisite cocktails, beverages, and drinks that delight guests seeking to unwind and socialize. The Bartender will be responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes while ensuring compliance with legal age restrictions and resort policies. Beyond drink preparation, the Bartender will maintain cleanliness, manage inventory, operate POS systems efficiently, and uphold the high standards that define the resort's reputation. This role demands a balance of technical skills in mixology and hospitality along with a warm, engaging personality that reflects the resort's culture and commitment to service. The position requires a flexible schedule and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, all while supporting the overall mission to position Sunriver Resort as both a top destination and employer of choice in Central Oregon.
