The Bartender position at Sunriver Resort’s iconic Owl's Nest bar offers a unique opportunity to be part of this exceptional environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where guests can relax and enjoy a curated selection of cocktails, beer, and wine. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to legal and resort policies, and a passion for mixology and guest interaction. The successful candidate will ensure all alcohol is responsibly served, maintaining compliance with Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC) standards and Sunriver Resort policies. Your duties will not only include preparing and serving beverages but also cleanliness of the bar area, managing inventory, and assisting restaurant staff as needed.

A strong knowledge of current beverage trends and a commitment to the highest customer service standards are essential. The Bartender will handle POS system operations, manage tabs, and ensure proper handling of cash and credit transactions.
