The Medallion Club is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Bartenders. This position can be either part-time or full-time, offering a competitive wage starting at $12 per hour, plus gratuity and tips. The Bartender role is integral to the overall member experience, tasked with preparing and serving beverages with a high level of professionalism, warmth, and meticulous attention to detail. Working within all club dining venues and events, the Bartender supports the creation of a polished and member-focused environment. The ideal candidate will be service-driven, knowledgeable about beverage preparation including spirits, wines, beers, and cocktails, and passionate about upholding the club's standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities include crafting a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following the recipes and standards approved by the Beverage Manager. The Bartender must provide warm, attentive, and professional service to members and guests, ensuring an inviting bar atmosphere that aligns with the club’s reputation. Staying knowledgeable about current menu offerings and promptly communicating any changes or availability issues with the culinary team is essential.
