Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods without breaks during busy times
- Capable of bending, stretching, twisting, climbing, and working with high mobility and flexibility in small spaces
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Must be of legal drinking age
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong physical stamina
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktails and beverage preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Familiarity with health and safety standards in food and beverage service
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages to guests
- Maintain a safe and clean bar environment
- Provide exceptional customer service embodying professionalism and hospitality
- Stay knowledgeable about the entire menu including food and beverages
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and pairings
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Comply with health and safety regulations
