Working the typical hours of Tuesday through Saturday from 3:30 pm to 3:30 am, bartenders are encouraged to showcase their expertise in drink-building techniques while prioritizing guest satisfaction and efficient service. The position requires strong interpersonal skills to maintain professional and courteous work relationships, alongside the ability to adhere to cleanliness and sanitation standards.
