We are currently seeking full-time and part-time Bartenders to join our dynamic team. These roles demand a high level of energy, a hospitable mindset, and a passion for crafting memorable experiences for our members and guests. As a Bartender at WGCC, you will play an integral part in upholding our tradition of excellence by preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with skill and precision.

This role includes preparing garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinks while engaging with our clientele to provide friendly, efficient service that enhances their overall experience. Bartenders are also responsible for managing transactions accurately, maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar, and following all procedural and safety guidelines laid out by club management.

Additionally, the position requires bartenders to observe legal and club policies related to alcohol service, ensuring member and guest safety at all times. Attending staff meetings and participating in pre-shift briefings are essential to stay informed on updates and to foster team cohesion. The role offers opportunities to serve drinks at lounge tables when servers are unavailable, further highlighting the importance of versatility and guest engagement.

In return for your dedication and professionalism, WGCC offers a supportive team culture, flexible scheduling, competitive pay starting at $16.00 per hour, and opportunities for career growth within the club. Full-time employees also benefit from a range of competitive benefits including eligibility for 401(k) participation with company match after six months.
