Job Requirements
- Previous bartending experience required
- working knowledge of bar related beverages, spirits, wine and beer
- working knowledge of the most common cocktails, mixed drinks and specialty drinks
- alcohol server certification
- ability to stand on feet for long periods
- ability to lift 20 lbs over head
- ability to use a point of sale system, computer and credit card machine
- capable of managing high customer volume
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience
- working knowledge of bar-related beverages, spirits, wine and beer
- working knowledge of common cocktails, mixed drinks and specialty drinks
- alcohol server certification
- passion for exceeding member expectations and commitment to excellence
- ability to use point of sale system
Job Duties
- Mix, prepare, and serve drinks according to recipes approved by the Beverage Manager
- issue checks for drinks served via electronic input system
- maintain daily inventory of liquors, beers, wines and tobacco, including tracking drinks and liquors in greatest demand to ensure stock maintenance, stocking additional supplies as needed
- maintain cleanliness in bar area including cleaning equipment and keeping glasses polished
- follow proper procedures for stocking, cleaning and bar opening/closing duties
- provide professional and pleasant service to members and guests
- support club events and fellow employee partners in delivering quality beverages and service
