Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques
- Ability to handle cash and use POS systems
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

- Use the point-of-sale system to correctly handle cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers
- Manage inventory and ensure the freshness and quality of all beverage-related items
- Manage situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect, ensuring a safe environment
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
