Job Requirements
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Basset certified before first shift
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Able to walk up and down stairs
- Ability to lift and move 40 pounds
- Friday night and Saturday night availability
- Ability to work late hours, holidays, and weekends
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume environment
- Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Passion for music and hospitality
- Experience in door or host roles is a plus
Job Duties
- Serve drinks and cocktails efficiently and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and prep area
- Greet and manage guests at the door
- Assist with preparation and stocking of bar supplies
- Support bartenders by performing barback duties
- Ensure safety and compliance with liquor laws
- Collaborate with team to provide excellent customer service
