Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older to serve alcoholic beverages
- Six months bartending experience
- Bartending training and certification
- TIPS certification
- Ability to lift and carry 20-40 lbs regularly
- Ability to push carts and portable bars weighing 50-100 lbs
- Continuous standing throughout shift
- Ability to bend, kneel, and maneuver in tight spaces
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Must be able to handle cash accurately
- Must comply with state liquor laws
Job Qualifications
- Bartending training and certification
- TIPS Certified
- Minimum six months bartending experience
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be 21 years or older to serve alcohol
Job Duties
- Set up bar and prepare for service
- Mix and serve drinks following recipes and company policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area before, during, and after shifts
- Ensure compliance with state liquor laws and company safety standards
- Ring guest checks, collect payments, and process credits accurately
- Complete liquor requisitions and maintain established inventory pars
- Perform all sidework duties according to schedule
