Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year bartending experience
- valid food/beverage service worker permit where applicable
- strong communication skills
- ability to stand for long periods
- excellent interpersonal skills
- must be at least the minimum legal drinking age
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- prefer 1 year of bartending experience
- food/beverage service worker permit, where applicable
- display knowledge of drink recipes, drink and wine merchandising specials
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- read, write and speak English fluently
- working knowledge of drink service and bar terminology
- meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- crafting and serving a variety of drinks to guests
- providing exceptional customer service
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- checking identification to ensure legal drinking age
- monitoring and managing inventory of bar supplies
- collaborating with team members to ensure smooth bar operations
- handling cash and processing payments accurately
