Bartenders at Sixty Vines are responsible not only for crafting superior drinks following established recipes but also for maintaining cleanliness and order in the bar area, ensuring a high standard of sanitary conditions at all times. Moreover, bartenders serve as ambassadors of the brand, sharing their insights about the menu, including wines, beers, and liquors, and enhancing the overall guest experience.

The company offers flexible schedules to accommodate employees' needs and provides insurance benefits after 60 days for those who meet the minimum average hours requirement. Employees enjoy competitive pay with an average of $45 or more per hour, including tips, reflecting the high level of service and expertise expected.
