Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be able to read, write, and speak English
- stand for long periods of time
- be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
- maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification
- practice proper sanitation procedures and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service
Job Qualifications

- practice proper sanitation and follow alcohol sale regulations
Job Duties
- Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner
- arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work
- properly assemble and disassemble the bar area according to standard procedures
- maintain cleanliness of the entire bar during shifts
- prepare all drinks, garnishes, mixers, and syrups according to recipes
- assist guests with menu questions and continually improve knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine
- handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- execute appropriate food delivery and placement at tables
- pre-bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant
- communicate issues promptly to management
- collaborate positively with coworkers and management
- perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and sanitizing
- set up the team for the next shift
- practice proper sanitation and comply with alcohol sales regulations
- participate in continuing education courses
- maintain beverage inventory and restock bar supplies
- assist with washing and restocking glassware
- maintain records of spills and comps
- clean and maintain all equipment and utensils
- report equipment issues immediately
- have complete knowledge of the food and bar menu and mixing procedures
