Job Duties
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty beverages with consistency and precision
- Provide warm, engaging service to bar guests and lounge patrons
- Offer knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, spirits, and wine pairings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service
- Create a welcoming bar atmosphere with attentive, polished hospitality
- Follow all recipes, safety guidelines, and responsible alcohol service protocols
- Collaborate with servers and support staff to ensure smooth services
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service standards
- Operate POS systems for order processing and payment transactions
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately
