Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending or serving experience preferred
- strong work ethic
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- ability to adhere to company policies and procedures
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in bartending or serving in a hospitality setting preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food and beverage service standards

- basic math skills for handling transactions
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Maintain a guest focus while performing duties
- welcome and greet guests
- comply with liquor pour standards as set by Food & Beverage Director
- inform guests of any food and beverage specials
- be knowledgeable and able to answer questions about our food, beverages, and other restaurant and resort functions and services
- take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in point-of-sale system
- prepare and serve beverages for guests in a timely and accurate manner
- perform side work during each shift as required by service station assignments
- complete opening and closing side work
- maintain clean and stocked service and dining areas
- monitor and observe guests dining experience
- ensure guests are satisfied with the food and beverage service
- respond promptly and courteously to any requests
- prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, and process through the POS system
- thank the guests for their visit and invite them to return
- notify the manager-on-duty any time a guest is not 100 percent satisfied with their experience
- have complete knowledge of all policies, standards, and procedures of the department
