Job Requirements
- Open availability preferred including AM/PM shifts and weekends
- previous serving or bartending experience required
- ability to multitask in a cross-functional role
- strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- familiarity with alcohol service guidelines
- basic math skills for handling cash and POS transactions
Job Qualifications
- Previous serving and/or bartending experience
- comfortable working in both server and bartender positions
- strong communication skills
- positive attitude
- ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- flexibility with scheduling including nights, weekends, and peak shifts
- experience with POS systems like Toast is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests throughout their dining experience
- take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
- maintain strong knowledge of menu items, cocktails, beer, wine, and featured specials
- work both server and bartender shifts based on scheduling and business needs
- deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining excellent guest interaction
- process payments and handle POS transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, service stations, and dining room
- collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to support smooth service
- follow all alcohol service and safety guidelines
