Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender or server in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently
- Demonstrated expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and craft beer experience
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service
- Prior experience working in fine dining settings or catering environments is highly desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and special event days as needed
