Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks
  • Engage with guests, providing recommendations and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
  • Verify customer identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area including restocking supplies and washing glassware
  • Process payments, handle cash, and operate POS systems efficiently
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines while handling beverages and bar equipment
  • Greet guests warmly and provide menu recommendations based on preferences
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar
  • Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and quality standards
  • Upsell and promote specials, premium beverages, and additional menu items
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area including table settings and side work
  • Handle guest concerns professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Assist with event service including banquets and private dining experiences
