This role is a pivotal part of the guest experience, responsible for crafting and serving beverages that delight guests while efficiently managing food delivery from kitchen to table. Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years bartending experience
  • Must be able to obtain a state of Florida food safety certificate
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years bartending experience
  • Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • State of Florida food safety certificate or ability to obtain
  • Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems

Job Duties

  • Make drinks to meet the expectation of guests
  • Collect food from kitchen and deliver to guests in a timely manner
  • Manage serving food and making drinks while providing excellent guest service
  • Maintain cleanliness of bar area and service stations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handle cash and card payments accurately
  • Provide recommendations and answer guest questions about menu and beverages
