Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- One to two years prior experience in high volume fine-casual or fine-dining environments
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a team player with a strong work ethic
- Prior knowledge or use of Toast or similar POS preferred
- Strong knowledge of craft cocktails classic cocktails beer and wine
- Knowledge of cooking techniques
- Understanding of current industry trends
- Knowledge of sustainability practices in hospitality
Job Qualifications

- Exceptional hospitality and guest relations
- Prior knowledge or use of Toast or similar POS preferred
- Strong knowledge of craft cocktails classic cocktails beer and wine especially brands local to Philadelphia and the East Coast
- Experience with a variety of cooking techniques
- Knowledge of current industry trends
- Knowledge of sustainability in relation to food and beverage
Job Duties
- Complete all tasks required to open the bar and set up for service including preparing garnishes and syrups
- Provide prompt efficient and courteous service of food and beverage to guests
- Effectively communicate Post Haste's concept to guests
- Explain food and beverage menu items making recommendations based upon guest preference
- Work as a team with other servers and bartenders
- Communicate any delays complaints or other potential negative impressions to managers and shift leaders quickly and efficiently
- Create memorable experiences for guests
- Work with and support other team members
