Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bartending or serving preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a bartender or server preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage safety standards
- Basic math skills for processing payments
- Customer service oriented
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Maintain a guest focus while performing duties
- Welcome and greet guests
- Complies with liquor pour standards as set by Food & Beverage Director
- Inform guests of any food and beverage specials
- Knowledgeable and able to answer questions about our food, beverages, and other restaurant and resort functions and services
- Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in point-of-sale system
- Prepare and serve beverages for guests in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform side work during each shift as required by service station assignments
- Complete opening and closing side work
- Maintain clean and stocked service and dining areas
- Monitor and observe guests dining experience
- Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and beverage service
- Respond promptly and courteously to any requests
- Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, and process through the POS system
- Thank the guests for their visit and invite them to return
- Notify the manager-on-duty any time a guest is not 100% satisfied with their experience
- Have complete knowledge of all policies, standards, and procedures of the department
