The Little Grand Market reflects this mission by offering a unique space that serves diverse needs, blending comfort and community in every aspect of its service. It is not just a place to eat or drink but a hub for social engagement, cultural exchange, and making genuine connections with neighbors and friends.

The bartending position at The Little Grand Market is a seasonal, part-time opportunity designed for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about hospitality, craftsmanship, and customer engagement. This role involves providing exceptional service by crafting specialty cocktails and managing various bar operations across several indoor and outdoor venues including The Little Grand Bar, Seven Sisters Patio, Bada, and multiple event and mobile beverage stations. The ideal candidate is more than just a bartender; they serve as an ambassador for the brand, creating an inviting ambiance and ensuring every guest’s experience is memorable from entrance to departure.

The Little Grand Market’s bartenders are expected to maintain a high level of skill and knowledge in mixology and may have expertise or interest in wine (sommelier skills) to contribute to the continuous development of the beverage program. This role demands flexibility, professionalism, and an eager attitude for learning and growth within the beverage industry. The bartender reports directly to the Guest Experience Manager and plays a vital role in supporting the busy summer and fall seasons, including high volume days and special events.

Employment is part-time and seasonal, with a work schedule focused on Thursday through Sunday, including both day and evening shifts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys working with diverse groups of people. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods and have competent cash-handling skills with experience using POS systems. The compensation includes a $10 per hour base rate plus tips and is paid bi-weekly, along with eligibility to participate in a 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match and discounted athletic memberships. Join The Little Grand Market team to contribute to a unique community-driven culinary and beverage experience while advancing your career and beverage expertise.
