We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, engaging environment where your mixology skills, customer service excellence, and organizational abilities will be highly valued. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring every guest has a positive and welcoming experience. Your role will include taking orders accurately using the POS system, maintaining a thorough knowledge of our drink menu—including specials, wines, and beers—and providing recommendations tailored to guest preferences. Safety and responsibility are paramount; you will ensure compliance with legal drinking age verification and monitor alcohol consumption to promote a safe environment.

Beyond beverage preparation, you will be expected to keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times. This includes preparing garnishes, mixes, and managing bar equipment such as blenders and shakers. Handling cash and credit transactions with accuracy and integrity forms an essential part of your duties. Collaboration with team members, including servers and kitchen staff, will contribute to seamless and efficient service. As a proactive member of the team, you will assist with inventory management, participate in training sessions, contribute innovative drink ideas, and support overall venue appearance and functions.

The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of bartending or related experience, possess certifications such as TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol, and demonstrate the physical stamina required to meet the demands of the role.
