Pyramid Global Hospitality is a renowned leader in the hospitality industry, dedicated to putting people first. With a global footprint that spans over 230 properties worldwide, this company has built its reputation on creating inclusive, supportive, and empowering workplace environments. Pyramid Global Hospitality values diversity, growth, development, and overall employee wellbeing, which are pillars reflected in their comprehensive approach to employee benefits and career advancement opportunities. The company's People First culture is not just a slogan; it underpins every aspect of their operations, from employee training programs to health and wellness initiatives, ensuring that their workforce feels valued and empowered to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

One of the flagship properties under the Pyramid Global Hospitality umbrella is the Hilton Philadelphia at Penn's Landing. Located uniquely on the Delaware River Waterfront in downtown Philadelphia, this hotel offers guests an incomparable stay experience with 350 well-appointed rooms and an expansive 24,000 square feet of meeting space. The Hilton Philadelphia at Penn’s Landing combines sophisticated urban design with comfort and modern amenities, including sleek work desks, 32-inch LCD televisions, wall-mounted plug-and-play consoles for Wi-Fi, and stunning views of the city or river. The recently renovated guest rooms emphasize elegance with dark wood furnishings, leather lounge chairs, contemporary lighting, and exquisite bathrooms.

The role of a Bartender at the Hilton Philadelphia property is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and guest service. This position is pivotal in crafting memorable guest experiences by providing engaging, genuine, and personable service throughout the guest's visit. Bartenders here are expected to be highly motivated, quick on their feet, and capable of connecting meaningfully with guests. Their duties range from greeting guests warmly, guiding them through their beverage choices with descriptive selling, and preparing drinks according to precise recipes, to maintaining bar cleanliness and stock. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are critical for success in this role.

This opportunity is ideal for both newcomers eager to grow in the hospitality sector and seasoned professionals looking to elevate their careers within a world-class establishment. Key responsibilities include managing beverage inventory, ensuring quality preparation of garnishes and drinks, operating the point-of-sale registers efficiently, and collaborating closely with restaurant servers and kitchen or bar staff to ensure smooth service delivery. The bartender also acts as a problem solver, addressing guest concerns to ensure satisfaction and leaving guests with a positive, lasting impression of their visit.

Pyramid Global Hospitality emphasizes continuous learning and career development, providing ongoing training and resources to help employees advance professionally. The company also offers an attractive benefits package including comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, on-site wellness programs, and employee discounts on local services and hotel stays.
